Office & Finance Coordinator
The number of schools we work with is growing very quickly, currently over 500 across the country. If schools don’t pay us, we’ll all be heading home! So there will be a ton of invoicing and financial support we’ll need your help to manage. You’ll be sending out invoices and chasing our customers over the phone to ensure payments are done in a timely manner. You’ll also help with other finance matters such as expenses, banking, etc. This will be an opportunity for you to be exposed to this important business function and learn from our CFO, who has years of experience in this area, so it’ll be a never-ending learning experience!
In addition, you will play an important part in making sure the office is well run, and an enjoyable place to be. We’re currently a team of around 35 people in the London and growing quickly. You’ll be responsible for making sure the office runs smoothly. This could include managing cleaners, food and drink orders, office supplies, meeting rooms, etc.
Who we're looking for
We’re looking for someone who is outgoing, and able to quickly develop and foster relationships with everyone in the office, irrespective of role or seniority. You’ll also be detail oriented as that will prove very useful in your finance work. Finally, we’re looking for someone who will be proactive. You shouldn’t wait for things to run out in the office; instead you’ll always be ahead of the game and order/fix it before they become a problem.
